The intravenous pyelogram outlines the ureter and the traumatic tear that is allowing urine to leak into the retroperitoneal space. The mobile pelvic ilial segment was pushed forward into the caudal abdomen-retroperitoneal space and severed the ureter. The opposite ureter is intact and the bladder is filling. Ureteroneocystostomy resolved this issue. The right sacroiliac separation was repaired with two orthopedic screws placed into the sacrum. The ilial fracture was reduced and plated. The acetabular fracture was comminuted and the articular surface could not be reconstructed, so it was wired to bring it out of the pelvic canal and a femoral head ostectomy completed the repair.
